# Tablio > Tablio is a Mac menu bar app (macOS 26 or later) that turns the iMessages you send yourself into reminders, calendar events, todos, tasks, links and notes, and replies in the same thread to confirm. ## How it works - You text yourself from your iPhone in plain words, for example "Dentist Tuesday 4pm" or "remind me to call mom at 6". - Tablio, running on your Mac, reads the conversation with yourself, works out the kind, title and time, and saves it. - Reminders, todos and tasks go to Apple Reminders; events go to Apple Calendar; links and notes are kept by Tablio on the Mac. - It replies in the thread, e.g. "📅 Event: Dentist, Tue 4:00–5:00 PM. Reply r if it's a reminder." Reply one letter (r, e, t, k, b) to change the kind, or "undo". - Links are saved with a preview, a summary and tags. Photos and voice messages can be captured too. ## Where you see it - Menu bar popover: opens on Today, with progress for the day, overdue items, today's calendar and what's due per kind, plus a box to add more. - Dashboard: a local web dashboard with lists, a day calendar, search and Ask AI over your own entries. ## Privacy - Messages are read and sorted on the Mac and are not uploaded. - Understanding messages, summaries, tags and answers all run on the Mac. ## Requirements - macOS 26 or later, signed in to iMessage. - Full Disk Access, Automation for Messages, and Reminders and Calendar access (onboarding walks through each). ## Links - Website: https://tablio.aakritsubedi.com.np/ - Download: https://tablio.aakritsubedi.com.np/download
